Reference Guide
Work In Progress:
This is a very time consuming hobby so I apologize if it isn't updated as often as some would like. I read the information then check it, document it into a notebook with where I read the information, page number, etc. when I read it, if it was by the fragrance company, magazine or person themself. Then time willing, I add it in. Also, I have such wonderful people who read and watch and keep me updated with NEW finds. LOVE them, couldn't do it without you!
If you're like me, then you've wondered at some point what fragrance or perfume your favorite celebrity wears. Surely, they have access to anything their little heart desires, so what exactly did they pick? The thought that if I try a particular scent it might, just for a moment, transform me into a glamorous starlet intrigues me.
Any specific information needed, you may contact me through the e-mail celebrityfragranceguide@yahoo.com There are many sources of fragrance related sites, be sure to check them all out, they offer wonderful insight into this great topic. If you find what you believe to be a mistake please contact me. Also, if you'd like to see someone added and know what they wear, please contact me with the information and exact details of where you read it.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Makemepretty's Perfume Orignal List Sept. 2000-2007 The many articles, magazines, and books I have read have led me to compile this list from various periodicals. Over 6 years of extensive reading, painstaking hours of sorting and arranging( a wonderful MUA'er put it in alphabetical order for me to make it easier for me to spot duplicates) double checking facts and always updating. I did NOT write the articles or books I used for sources so this is purely for my personal use and entertainment and is not to be reprinted. It is the most extensive list I have ever come across, although I do feel there are equally lovely lists out there. I REJECT references to what a celebrity wears if it just doesn't sound right.. For instance, I found a wonderful article on Frieda Kahlo, complete with description of her perfume collection. Well, one of the bottles mentioned was a fragrance that didn't come out till ten years AFTER her death. Obviously it's not possible she wore that. I will check dates in order to verify that the fragrance existed in the right time frame. I document the source of my information in notebooks in order to maintain it's authenticity. A lot of times information will come directly from the perfume companies(I've e-mailed Floris, Creed, Jo Malone etc.). I'm not just making guesses. Compiled soley for the purpose of finding out what celebrities like to wear. Sit back, relax, enjoy perusing the list....and find a new fragrance to make yourself smell fabulous and famous.
